Our business setup services are provided subject to the following conditions: Service Delivery: • We will provide services as outlined in the agreed service package • Timelines are estimates and may vary based on government processing • Client cooperation and timely document submission are required • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion Client Responsibilities: • Provide accurate and complete information • Submit all required documents in proper format • Make timely payments as per the agreed terms • Comply with UAE laws and regulations • Inform us of any changes to your requirements We commit to professional service delivery while clients must fulfill their obligations for successful completion.

Payment for our services is governed by the following terms: Payment Schedule: • Initial deposit required before commencement of work • Milestone payments as specified in the service agreement • Final payment due before delivery of completed documents • All payments are in UAE Dirhams (AED) Accepted Payment Methods: • Bank transfer to our UAE account • Credit/Debit card payments • Cash payments at our office • Online payment gateway Late Payment: • Services may be suspended for overdue payments • Late payment fees may apply after 7 days • We reserve the right to withhold deliverables for non-payment All government fees must be paid upfront and are non-refundable as per UAE government policies.

Intellectual property rights are protected as follows: Our Content: • All content on our website is owned by Nexus Biz • Logos, trademarks, and brand materials are protected • Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited • You may not reproduce our materials without permission Client Documents: • We respect the confidentiality of your business information • Documents provided remain your intellectual property • We use your information only for service delivery • Marketing use requires your explicit consent Templates and Resources: • Service templates are provided for your specific use • You may not redistribute our templates or resources • Modifications for your business use are permitted Both parties agree to respect intellectual property rights and maintain confidentiality.

These terms are governed by UAE law: Applicable Law: • UAE Federal and Dubai Local Laws govern this agreement • Both parties submit to UAE jurisdiction • Dubai Courts have exclusive jurisdiction • International conventions may apply where relevant Dispute Resolution: • Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution first • Mediation may be pursued before legal action • Disputes will be resolved in Dubai, UAE • English language shall be used for all communications Severability: • If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect • Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid alternatives • The spirit of the agreement shall be maintained Entire Agreement: • These terms constitute the complete agreement • Supersedes all previous agreements • Amendments must be in writing • Both parties acknowledge understanding By using our services, you agree to UAE jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this agreement.
